The video of Johnny Baldwin's drowning death in Winchester while officers stood by, failed to act, and even taunted the victim is one of the most grotesque things I've ever seen.

 

Tennesseans love and appreciate our love enforcement officers. We must do whatever it takes to ensure that each and every officer who wears the uniform upholds their sacred oath to protect and serve.

So at the behest of Johnny's family, I am calling for the United States Attorney and the Tennessee Attorney General to investigate the disturbing circumstances surrounding his death.
